Consultation Mandate
A consultation mandate consists of the following steps:
- You contact us and outline your problem or project.
- In a first conversation we find out whether we are the right persons for you. If this is the case we will arrange a meeting at your place of work. If not we will try to find a suitable partner for you.
- A Trialog consultant clarifies with you the formulation of the question. This usually takes place at best on the spot, to get to know the situation, too. Only then do you decide whether TRIALOG should prepare an offer.
- The offer defines the question, the initial position and the objective. It structures the procedure in single stages and steps and it records the course from the point of view of time and costs which have been discussed with you. Up to this point you have not placed yourself under any obligation.
- During the consultation you will be regularly informed about the project progress. As a rule each project phase is concluded with an interim report which shows the options for further action. It is also possible to end the project prematurely.
- The results of the mandate will be clearly described in a written report and presented to the client orally. If desired a training workshop will be combined with the presentation.
